Membership

Paid Members are residents who have paid their annual Council dues. They are entitled to hold office, serve on committees, attend and participate in membership meeting discussions, and vote on Council business.

Registered members are residents who have registered with the Council, but who have not paid their annual dues. They are entitled to attend the Council meetings, participate in the discussions, and raise new issues.

Paid Memberships are only $12.00 per year!
